Who can join in the fun? Anyone that can ride a bike between 3 – 20 miles! The events range in distance and most are on flat roads and bike trails. All ages and families can enjoy the fun, choose a mixture of weekly evening and weekend rides or go for all three weekend stages. It’s up to you where you want to ride and how far.
Ride speed? Beginner-Moderate, We will be riding at around 10 -14 miles an hour.
What kind of bike do I need? A safe bike!! At the first meeting we will be happy to give a safety check to make sure the important functions like brakes are working correctly. Geared bikes are easier to ride, however single speeds, fixies and cruisers will also get you through the ride in style.
What kind of bikes can I donate on Bike Drive days? We will take any bike in any condition. All donated bikes can be used, either after being fixed up or for its parts.
